The terms for using Revenue OS.

Revenue OS is software that helps your business answer enquiries, follow up with customers, and keep a reliable record of who needs attention. It connects to messaging channels you already use, understands incoming messages, and can draft, schedule or send replies according to rules you set.

It is a tool, not a replacement for your business judgement. Your relationship with your customers remains yours.

You need to give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your credentials secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. If you believe your account has been compromised, tell us immediately.

You must be authorised to act for the business you sign up on behalf of, and to connect the channels you connect.

This is the part that most often goes wrong, so it is worth reading carefully. Messages sent through Revenue OS leave through WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, and are subject to those platforms' rules. When you connect a channel, you agree to follow them.

• Message people who have a reason to hear from you — a customer, an enquiry, someone who opted in. Do not buy contact lists or message strangers.
• Send marketing only where the person expects it, and stop when they ask you to.
• Do not send anything unlawful, misleading, or prohibited by the channel provider.
• Do not use Revenue OS to send bulk unsolicited messages, or to impersonate anyone.

Breaking these rules can get your own WhatsApp number or social account restricted by the provider — that is outside our control, and it is not something we can undo.

AI can be wrong. It can misread a message, miss a detail, or draft something you would not have written. You choose how much it is allowed to do, and you are responsible for what your business sends to a customer.

You can keep AI on a tight leash — drafting for your approval, or running only within strict rules — or give it more freedom as you build trust in it. We recommend starting with approval required and loosening it deliberately.

The customer data, messages and business knowledge you put into Revenue OS belong to your business. We store and process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

You are responsible for having the right to hold that data — including any customer information you import.

Plans are billed monthly. Current published pricing is ₦50,000 per month for Starter and ₦120,000 per month for Growth, with Enterprise priced on request. Prices shown exclude any applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the next month unless you cancel before the renewal date. Fees already paid for a period that has started are not refundable. If you cancel, the service runs to the end of the period you paid for.

We may change prices with notice before your next renewal. We may also suspend an account that is unpaid, after telling you.

We work to keep Revenue OS running and we fix problems as quickly as we can, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and outages at our providers or at the messaging platforms can interrupt it. Messaging platforms can also change their rules, limits or pricing, which can affect what a channel can do.

You can stop using Revenue OS at any time. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms — for example by sending unsolicited messages, attempting to reach another business's data, or failing to pay.

If your account ends, we will keep your data available to export for a reasonable period, then delete it as described in the privacy policy.

To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits, or for lost customer relationships. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees your business paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.

If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use Revenue OS after a change means you accept it.
